The Town of Sharon is accepting bids for replacement of a failing concrete wing wall for Bridge #10 on TH-11 (Quimby Mountain Road) Design/Build Work involves: Remove failing concrete wing wall; on-site fabrication of replacement wing wall (no pre-cast) with tie-in to bridge; water bar relocation/install; backfill wall including underdrain installation and drop outlet; alternate bid includes removal and fabrication of concrete footing if conditions warrant. All work to be completed to VT State Standards. The Selectboard reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or portion thereof, if it deems to be in the public interest to do so.
