The Town is seeking a contractor to perform all services as specified in ATTACHMENT A, which is considered part of this Invitation to Bid by reference. 2. Submissions may recommend additional or alternative services which are believed to provide more efficient and/or comprehensive means to meet the Towns project goals as set forth in ATTACHMENT A. 3. Terms and conditions may be further defined in a formal contract. Project Description Base Bid Site 1: Class 2 Highway Route 132 The Town is looking to complete a shim and overlay of a 1-mile section of Route 132 in Sharon, a Class 2 section of federal highway maintained by the Town of Sharon. This portion of the project will be funded in large part by the State of Vermont Class 2 Paving Grant. Due to the funding source, Site 1 will need to be bid and invoiced separately. Bid Alternate Site 2: TH-60 The Town is seeking to pave a short section of gravel road mapped as TH-60, (approximately 283 feet) which connects Academy Drive to the Town Highway Garage.
