Renovation of a municipal facility in Weare, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Weare is seeking sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a ductless mini split heating and cooling system located at the Town of Weare Office Building, 15 Flanders Memorial Road, Weare, New Hampshire. Proposals shall be submitted prior to the time fixed in the Request for Proposal. Proposals received after the time so indicated shall be returned unopened. Bid proposals will be opened at 9:00 AM on June 3, 2022. Bid decisions will be made on June 6, 2022 at the Weare Board of Selectmen meeting. In order to be considered, each prospective firm(s) must submit the following documents as part of the proposal: 1. Proposal Sheet 2. Form W-9 The Town of Weare, NH reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
