The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to repair playground equipment and replace the playground surface. The contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 90 calendar days after the NTP. One fixed-price award will be made from this Solicitation. The fixed-price award will be based on Lowest Bid. A Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit is required for this procurement action. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Contact Dewayne Shouse at (606) 398-7251 for a site visit.
