Site work for a municipal facility in Ontario, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The results will be made available to the contractors at the owners direction. The project scope includes constructing a 7488 square foot performance pavilion at 104 N Garden St, Ontario WI. The construction of the pavilion will include footings and foundation, concrete slab on grade, Starwood rafter wood frame roof structure and metal panel at end walls. Multiple prime bids will be received as follows: -Excavation and site restoration -Concrete and reinforcing -General construction Prequalication of bidders will not be required. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 80 days after the opening without consent of the owner. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive irregularities in the bids received and to accept any proposal which they deem most favorable to the interests of the owner. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
