In general, the project consists of a new athletic complex including a new sodded turf football field, track, grandstands, long and triple jump along with shotput and discus events. The new field layout will require large retaining walls on either end of the track to accommodate the sloping grade on site. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after opening of the proposals without consent of the Owner.
