Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Ontario, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
In general, the project consists of a new athletic complex including a new sodded turf football field, track, grandstands, long and triple jump along with shotput and discus events. The new field layout will require large retaining walls on either end of the track to accommodate the sloping grade on site. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after opening of the proposals without consent of the Owner. Bids will be opened at Market & Johnsonís La Crosse office. Bidders may attend virtually (+1 715-318-0497,,573914707#). Bids will be opened in the presence of the school district representatives. Bid results will be released after approval by the N-O-W School District. Construction is expected to start August 31, 2023. Completion is expected by July 11, 2024. Question Deadline Aug 14, 2023
