This tender consists of the supply and delivery of plumbing, pipe fitting supplies, accessories and fixtures "as and when" required basis, with three, one year mutually agreeable optional renewal. If a vendor chooses not to accept the option year, the Province of New Brunswick (PNB) reserves the right to re-tender, re-award or delete the items in question. The Province of New Brunswick does not guarantee a specific amount of business supplied to any participant of this tender. Where it is deemed practicable and in the best interests of the Province, a contract may be awarded to more than one supplier. The Province of New Brunswick may choose to allow other departments to purchase goods from this contract of supply. By submitting a Bid to this contract of supply, the Bidder agrees to extend the same pricing to other eligible government departments as per the terms and specifications in the Invitation. The province of New Brunswick may reserve the right to negotiate additional volume discounts for these quantities. This contract of supply is not limited to only the products on the tender. The Province of New Brunswick reserves the right to negotiate pricing on all additional products that may be required in the same category. *Pricing must be in the form of a DISCOUNT (%) from the most recent version of the ALLPRISER - Plumbing and Hydronic Heating products, Price List - "Canada's Essential Plumbing and Heating Price Guide". The Province of New Brunswick reserves the right to procure product at the supplier's facilities. Any product which is procured directly at the supplier's facilities by will be freight exempted. Pick-up or delivery, if required, is to be within one day of any request, unless alternate timelines is agreed between department and Vendor. The Province of New Brunswick reserves the right to add related items to this contract. VENDOR QUESTIONS All inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please refrain from submitting your bid through multiple electronic channels to avoid duplicate bids. 3. All bids must be properly signed by an authorized person. a. For bids submitted by email or fax: typed signatures (in any font) that are not on the bid itself (i.e. in the body of the email or on the fax cover sheet) will NOT be accepted. 4. All bids must be legible, properly completed and contain the proper solicitation number. 5. The proponent is solely responsible for ensuring that the bid submission in its entirety, including all attachments, is received before Closing Date and Time as indicated on the solicitation documents. a. The proponent bears all risk associated with delivering its bid by electronic submission, including but not limited to delays in transmission between the Proponent's computer and the Province's Electronic Mail System, NBON or fax. b. The date and time of official receipt of the bid will be the time of receipt recorded in the NBON system (for e-bids) or the time of receipt in the Province's Electronic Mail System (for fax and email bid submissions). 6. All bids must be stated in Canadian Funds. Sales taxes should not be included in the unit, extended or total prices. 7. All tenders must be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid.
