Any Bidder who wishes his bid to be considered is responsible for making certain that his bid is received at Walkersville Town Hall by the proper time. No oral, telegraphic, electronic, facsimile, or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Bids received after the scheduled Bid Submittal Deadline will be returned unopened. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to see that any bid submitted shall have sufficient time to be received by The Town of Walkersville before the Bid Submittal Deadline. Late bids will be returned to the Bidder unopened. Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and perform all work necessary and incidental for the replacement of a metal roof on Manor House at Heritage Farm Park including: Removal and disposal of existing metal roof. Removal of all gutters and downspouts Removal of antenna on right side of the building. Removal of aluminum wrapping Install new metal roofing system. Install waterproofing underlayment. Install new eave, rake, and valley flashings. Install white aluminum fascia wraps to all the rake boards. Install new brick flashings cutting the metal into the masonry. Install pipe flashing. Install snow guards, one per seam along the gutter edges. Install either vented ridge flashing or a rolled ridge creating a seam along the edge of the roof. Install new 6 inch half round seamless galvanized gutters. Install new 4 inch round galvanized downspouts. Removal all debris from jobsite. Town must be notified at least 48 hours prior to commencing work
