Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Jackson, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work to be performed under this contract is as follows: furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for the replacement of drainage facilities, including the required traffic handling and roadway repairs, shown on the plans and in accordance with the specifications and these special provisions. Each bid must also be accompanied by a security in the form of a bid bond issued by a corporate surety, a certified check or cashier's check payable to the Treasurer of Amador County, or cash for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate sum of the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. All bonds (Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond) must be obtained from a surety admitted under the laws of the State of California and satisfactory to the Amador County Board of Supervisors.
