At the time the contract is awarded, the contractor shall possess a Class C-53 or Cl ass D12 license. The work is generally described as follows: Surface preparation for 45'x75' and 36'x16' swimming pools and placement of fiberglass coating in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Inquiries or questions regarding the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening directed to the City Engineer's Office in writing to f.whitmore@wgainc.net. The successful bidder shall furnish a fully executed payment bond and performance bond. Pursuant to Section 1773 of the Labor Code, the general prevailing wage rates in the county, or counties, in which the work is to be done have been determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations. Addenda to modify wage rates, if necessary, will be issued to holders of these specifications.
