Notice is hereby given that the City of Jackson is requesting proposals (RFP) for Project Management, Preliminary Engineering, Environmental, Right of Way, and Construction Management services for the following projects: French Bar Bridge Replacement Project (HBP) Pitt St. Bridge Replacement Project (HBP) South Ave. Bridge Replacement Project (HBP) State Route 49 Lighting Project (HSIP) The City intends to enter an agreement (or agreements) with qualified consulting firm(s) for the requested services. The projects are funded with State, and Federal dollars administrated by Caltrans and FHWA requiring the Consultant to follow all pertinent local, State, and Federal laws and regulations. The DBE goal for this project is 32%. Total combined amount payable to the Consultant(s) shall not exceed $3,000,000 and with a performance period of the contract from the date approved by the City Council to the completion of the projects or 15 years whichever is the lesser. The proposals submitted in response to each RFP will be used as a basis for selecting the Consultant(s). The Consultants proposal will be evaluated and ranked according to the criteria provided in Appendix B, Evaluation Criteria. The Consultants attention is directed to Appendix A, Proposal Requirements of the RFP. Questions must be submitted via email to the City Manager by 4 pm on July 25, 2022. Addenda to RFP, if issued, will be sent to all prospective Consultants the City of Jackson has specifically e-mailed a copy of the RFP to, and will be posted on the City of Jackson website at: ci.jackson.ca.us. It shall be the Consultants responsibility to check the City of Jacksons website to obtain any addenda that may be issued. Submit five (5) hard copies of the Consultants proposal and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a USB flash-drive. Consultant can respond to any or all the above projects. Selected firms may be contacted for interviews with a selection committee. All applicants will be notified of the results. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
