Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marathon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Village of Marathon City will be accepting sealed bids for patching and wedging of asphalt roadways as specified. Bids need to include price per ton (including traffic control, mill & remove of existing asphalt, fine grade, water and compact the base course material and paving with WisDOT Spec Type MT asphalt mix compacted to thickness specified per Street segment). Bids will also include estimated tonnage to complete patching as specified below. Street Segment and Specifications: A. Patches on Fourth Street (35' x 76') 1. Provide traffic control signing and flagging as needed for our operations. 2. Fine grade, water, and compact the base course material. 3. Pave with WisDOT Spec. Type 4MT 58-28S asphalt mix compacted to an average thickness of 2.5 inches. B. Patch on Sunset Drive (16' x 21') 1. Provide traffic control signing and flagging as needed for our operations. 2. Fine grade, water, and compact the base course material. 3. Pave with WisDOT Spec. Type 4MT 58-28S asphalt mix compacted to an average thickness of 1 3/4 inches.
