Site work and paving for a civil project in Marathon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of September 1, 2022, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. Sealed Bids for the construction of the following: Project No. 220028 3rd Street Reconstruction - to include: pulverizing and repaving 3rd Street (2,150 feet), including excavation, grading, storm sewer (900 feet), sanitary sewer (150 feet) and water main (800 feet), base course, asphalt paving, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the contract documents. All bids shall be uploaded and submitted through website only with EJCDC C-430 Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the owner. All bids uploaded and submitted through website shall also be accompanied with Bid Form 00 41 43. Please contact us at 608-524-6468 if you have any questions. The contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law. The Village of Marathon City reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes. Portions of this project will be funded with Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) funding. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
