Site work and paving for a civil project in Jerome Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Approximately 1,600 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC water main will be constructed along the southerly side of Gensel Road, extending from North 7 Mile Road westerly 850 lineal feet, then northerly to the cul-de-sac on Gensel Drive 750 lineal feet. The proposed water main will be connected to Water District No. 1 of Midland County's existing 12-inch AC transmission main at the North 7 Mile Road and Gensel Road intersection. The West Wackerly Road loop will be outside of the road influence, but within the south side ROW connecting to an existing 8-inch AC main in front of 255 West Wackerly Road and running approximately 2,650 lineal feet to an existing 12-inch PVC main located at the southwest corner of M-30 and West Wackerly Road. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to the Township of Jerome, as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. The Township of Jerome reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
