Damon, awarded amount is $92,049.50.** The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work: 57 Tons of Superpave Mixture Base Repair 5,385 SY of Milling 5,385 SY of Superpave Mixture Wearing Course Overlay The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay a fee of 0.003333% or $100-$5,000 of the contract award value. Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to bids greater or equal to $25,000. Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Borough.
