**As of July 29, 2022, project was awarded to Bracalente Construction, Inc., awarded amount is ($151,557) $151,556.50..** Curb/Gutter Milling and Bituminous Overlay of South 25th Street (East Texas Blvd. to S. 24th St. [Oxford Dr.]), Flexer Avenue & Flexer Court (Green Acres Dr. to East Texas Blvd.) and South Main Street (Flexer Ave. to South Whitehall Township Line) in the Township. The work involves 8' wide gutter milling and approximately 10,000 square yards of bituminous curb to curb overlay. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Township of Salisbury in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act.
