Scope of Work A. Attend preconstruction meeting on site. B. Mobilize. C. Maintain the sites free of waste, debris, rubbish, erosion, sediment, etc. D. Maintain (a.k.a. do not inhibit) the normal operation of the library (it will remain open for business during construction). E. Procure material and provide labor. F. Install wall and roof repairs. G. Lawfully dispose of waste material (Waste material is the property of the contractor). H. Clean and restore all affected areas. Bids received will be revealed at the conclusion of the bidding period on the PennBid website. The Township WILL CONSIDER AND ACT UPON THE CONTRACT AT A REGULAR TOWNSHIP MEETING AT THE Township Building, 566 Beaumont Road, Devon, PA 19333 on June 20, 2022 (prevailing local time) or at a subsequent Township meeting. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any nonconformity deemed in the best interest of Township. The term of the contract shall commence when approved by the Township (on or about June 20, 2022) and shall terminate when the work is successfully completed by the Contractor (no later than November 30, 2022).
