Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Tredyffrin Township will receive bids from qualified contractors for the Crabby Creek Storm water Infiltration/ Retrofit Project. The project consists of but is not limited to the installation of under- ground storm water storage/ infiltration systems, inlets, manholes, drainage piping, concrete curbing, paving and site grading/seeding and restoration. All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids, or any parts of any bids. All Bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Prequalification of Prospective Bidders. Questions must be submitted via PennBid by Wednesday, March 20, 2022, at 11:00 AM.
