Easttown Municipal Authority (EMA) is soliciting online sealed bids for supply and installation of a jib crane at the Saybrook Pumping Station. The base bid work to be performed shall generally consist of supplying and installing a jib crane at the Saybrook Pumping Station. The work includes, but is not limited to, coordination, mobilization, preparation, excavation, installation, and connection needed to supply and install the jib crane. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price for the initial year of the initial term and must accompany all bids. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/10/2021 4:00 PM The EMA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any nonconformity deemed in the best interest of the EMA. The Bid award, if awarded, will be made by the EMA at its public meeting to be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday March 9, 2021, or at a subsequent meeting of the Board, at the Easttown Township Municipal Building, 566 Beaumont Road, Devon, PA 19333. The EMA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any nonconformity with respect to any bid or any error with respect to the same, which does not constitute a material departure from the specifications of this document.
