Site work for a water / sewer project in Salisbury Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work will include the rehabilitation of approximately 1,700 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main via cured-in-place pipe lining The bid must be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid price, in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety that meets specified requirements. The successful bidder must provide Performance, Payment Bonds, and Insurance as per contract requirements. The project is federally funded in part through a grant from the County of Lehigh Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Contractors must seek Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) participation for subcontractors, equipment, services, and supplies in compliance with Executive Orders 11625 and 12138, and federal, CDBG, and "Davis Bacon Act" (40 US Code 276(a)) requirements. All Contractors and Subcontractors must comply with all applicable statutes and regulations referenced in the contract documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids/proposals in the best interests of the Township. No bids will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office. Question Deadline 04/28/2026 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner/Engineer or online, in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
