The project generally consists of the installation of 3774 lineal feet of 8-inch Ductile Iron Pipe, 147 lineal feet of 6-inch Ductile Iron Pipe and their associated fittings. Along this length, approximately 60 water services will be re-connected once the waterline has passed inspections. The provided email will also be used to notify plan holders of any addenda throughout the bidding process. All bids shall be submitted on the furnished Bid Submission Packet in a sealed envelope plainly identifying the project name, project number, bid opening time and date, bidder's name, and contractor's license number. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond executed in favor of the Oak Lodge Water Services District in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. No bid will be considered unless the bid contains, or is accompanied by, a statement by the bidder that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, as applicable, pertaining to prevailing wages, shall be included as part of the Contract.
