Reference number : 1605701 Review Title : Winter maintenance of the roads in the parish of La Durantaye Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-30 Submission sent electronically accepted: No WINTER MAINTENANCE OF ROADS IN DURANTAYE PARISH The parish of La Durantaye requires tenders for the winter maintenance of the roads under its responsibility. Object of the contract: This call for tenders includes the work of snow removal and de-icing, snow blowing and road maintenance. The tender documents setting out the conditions to be respected or known are available by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service . The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Electronic Tendering Service . Bids must include five (5) options, i.e. a price for a one (1) year contract (2022-2023), a price for a two (2) year contract (2022-2023 and 2023-2024), a price for a three (3) year contract (2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025), to which the three (3) year contract can be added prices for two (2) additional optional years (2025- 2026 and 2026-2027), a price for a four (4) year contract (2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026) and a price for a five (5) year contract (2022- 2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027). The parish of La Durantaye reserves the right to choose one or other of these options. The Parish does not undertake to accept the lowest tender, nor any of the tenders received, and it declines any responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Parish cannot be bound in any way other than by resolution of its Council. A bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the price submitted for the one (1) year contract must accompany the bid.
