Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Plantation, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Plantation is currently soliciting Request for Informal Proposals (RFIP) for the installation and purchase of new Security Cameras. The intent of this project is to provide protection to the community center patrons and to add surveillance to the surrounding parking lots and grounds. The objective is to provide an extra level of security to reduce theft, vandalism and potential criminal activity. The added surveillance will reduce theft, vandalism and potential criminal activity.
