ANNUAL BID REQUIREMENTS FOR PLASTIC STORM PIPE FOR THE BID PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2022 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2023 No bidder will be permitted to withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days following the date of the opening. All bidders must comply with McMinn Countys non-discrimination policy as listed in the general bid specifications. Bidders will be required to submit an Iran Divestment Act Affidavit as required under the provisions of T.C.A 12-12-111. McMinn County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to accept the bid, or any portion thereof, that in its judgment will be for the best interest of McMinn County.
