Illinois Community College District 509, is accepting sealed Bids for the "6-22 Building B - Chimney Removal and Replacement" project at 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin IL. Questions pertaining to this bid are due by Monday May 23rd and should be sent to business.services@elgin.edu. Bids submissions are required to provide a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders' base bid. Elgin Community College reserves the right to reject any or all Bids received, to waive any informalities or technicalities of the Bid or to reject any nonresponsive Bids in the interest of Elgin Community College. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
