The Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA or Authority) will receive quotes from qualified contractors for tree removals and treatments in Deer Canyon Park as specified. Please review the IPWB for additional information. This project utilizes grant funds and additional information may be required for contract award. Pursuant to SB 854, no contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a bid for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) per California Labor Code section 1725.5. This project is a public work and is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. Prevailing wage requirements apply. Awarded contractor is required to comply with California Labor code sections 1771, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813 & 1815.
