Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Littlefork, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Mailed bids can be sent to: ISD #362, 700 Main Street, Littlefork, MN 56653. All envelopes should be clearly marked "Sidewalks". Work to begin any time after July 15, 2022 and must be completed no later than August 29, 2022 1) All sidewalks will be reinforced with 5/8" rebar and be no less than 6 inches thick. Expansion joints will be a minimum of 5' apart. Broom finish. 2) Foundation preparation: In all cases, sod and other organic material shall be removed for the full width of the section and soil well compacted before placing gravel fill. A minimum of six inches of aggregate base shall be placed and compacted under sidewalk. 3) Equipment and material must meet State of Minnesota and OSHA Standards. 4) Clean up work area. 5) Any changes to contract, shall be signed by both the Superintendent and Contractor. 6) Payment terms will be 1/2 of the contract upfront, and the remaining payment when work is complete and ISD 362 receives an IC-134 Withholding Affidavit for Contractors
