This is a combined / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AS PER THE GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS IN ATTACHMENTS AND THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor Responsibility: Except as otherwise specified under 1.2 and 1.4, the contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies and transportation to perform the services and ensure that the designated areas present a clean, healthy, orderly and well-kept appearance. Estimated Start Date & Contract Time: 1 October, 2022. Period of Performance 45 days.
