Site work for a water / sewer project in Maupin, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Oak Springs Hatchery has two abandoned underground fuel storage tanks that have been decommissioned since the early 1990's. It is the agencies desire to have them removed to alleviate the risk of tank failure and collapse. The contractor will need to fill the tank pit/hole with rock, compacted to existing grades. Contractor to provide min. of 2 soil samples from each tank. UST Clean-up rules (OAR 340-122-0218(d)(A) require samples to be analyzed at a licensed laboratory using NWTPHGx or NWTPH-Dx methods as applicable. Contractor shall provide a written closure report for each tank removed. The report to include completed chain of custody, analytical soil report, site map, required DEQ forms and certificate of decommission. Due to ever changing COVID-19 restrictions, limitations at the Pre-Bid Conference will be instituted, and may include but are not limited to, the following: 1. Masks may be required to be worn when adequate spacing is not possible. 2. There may be a maximum number of people allowed in the conference at one time. If there are space constraints, ODFW may divide attendees into groups and provide successive conference times for each group. Additionally, ODFW may limit attendance to one representative for each Bidder Oral, facsimile, or telephonic modifications will not be accepted.
