Renovation of an educational facility in Bois-des-Filion, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades and repairs to the Rive-Nord high school building. The scope of the project includes the refurbishment of the building glass doors. TIMELINE: The owner has not accepted any of bids submitted for a tender for the general contractor PRMI-024-1321 because of the cost overruns, cancelled it and is seeking additional funding. If/when a new sub trade tender for this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
