Site work for a transportation facility in Chilhowie, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The project consists of, but is not limited to, new 115# or greater, ties, ballast, surfacing, saw cutting, all necessary grading, and removal of old materials from the job site. Bids will be all inclusive of materials, labor, and engineering to deliver a fully functional rail spur. All proposals must be accompanied by a copy of the offeror's Certificate of insurance.
