As of July 18, 2022, this project did not receive any bids but a new bid date has not been established. PURPOSE: The Virginia Department of Energy, seeks a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, vehicles, travel, supervision, parts, and incidentals necessary to provide repair services for the boiler flue stack at 3405 Mountain Empire Road, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth in this quick quote. II. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall complete the following, but not limited to: a. Demo existing boiler flue section b. Fabricate and install a new section of 24" round boiler flue c. Provide and install 3 angle rings d. Weld angle rings to pipe once new duct has been fit to the base section e. Clean base section of flue while system is apart f. Paint new ductwork once it has been installed
