Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a educational facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Wise County Public Schools is requesting bids for a Wrestling Facility to be located adjacent to the Union High School campus. Scope includes construction of a 50 X 60 X 10 prefabricated metal building with wood post/beam/joist or steel frame if more cost effective with 4 concrete slab with reinforcing, gutters, downspouts, 3 insulation in roof and walls, one (1) 3/0 - 6/8 walk door and one (1) 6/0 - 6/8 double door and coordination with Owner for rough-in for electrical panel and underslab plumbing. No site prep, gravel, electrical, plumbing or HVAC. Concrete slab to be 4,000 psi. Questions must be submitted in writing to Gary Lawson by June 3, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
