The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids to establish a contract to/for refuse collection, hauling and disposal service for Wallens Ridge State Prison. The contract period will be from May 1st, 2023, through April 30th, 2024, and may be renewable in accordance with section V, paragraph E. Hand delivered bids must be delivered in ample time to allow for security check-in at the front desk and delivery to the Purchasing Office prior to the closing time for the solicitation. The Bid Form must be completed and the certification located at the bottom of the form completed and signed by an official that has the authority to commit the Firm.
