Each Bidder must be licensed as a Class A contractor in the State of Virginia; Bidders are instructed to review the Code of Virginia, Title 54.1, Chapter 11, prior to bidding. Separate sealed Bids for the Addition and Façade Improvements to the C. Bascom Slemp Memorial Library for the Wise County Board of Supervisors, which consists of expanding the existing vestibule, the addition of an archive room, façade alterations to the front of the building, and renovating an existing meeting room.
