Please note, Virginia Department of Energy offices in Big Stone Gap, Virginia are open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30PM. Should it be necessary to deliver a solicitation response outside of these available hours, solicitation responses may be placed in the large mailbox located adjacent to the main entrance doorway of the Buchanan Smith Building.
