Construction will consist of: Site Grading, Site Concrete Pavement, Ramp and Sidewalks, Concrete / Pier Footings, CMU Foundation Walls, Slab on Grade, Stone Masonry Veneer, Fabricated Handrails, Fiber Cement Siding, Asphalt Shingles, PVC Roofing, Cementitious Panels, Pre-manufactured canopies, Wood Studs, Batt insulation, Wood and Steel Doors, Hollow Metal Frames, Aluminum Windows, Aluminum storefront doors and windows. Finishes include: painting, acoustical panel ceiling, gypsum board walls, sealed concrete floor, Carpet Tile, Luxury Vinyl Tile, Vinyl floor base, quartz countertops, toilet accessories, and appliances, Heating, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, and site work will commensurate with the project.
