Renovation of a municipal facility in Belvidere, New Jersey. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 8/3/22 all bids rejected. A timeline for the rebid has not yet been established. The approximate major work items include: 1. Replacement of existing roof system in its entirety with new built-up system, including insulation, plies, flashing, and metal edge system. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of Warren County Treasurers Office, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids. The Contractor is put on notice that he must pay workers the prevailing wage rates promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry for this project, pursuant to Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25, et. seq.). All bidders must comply with the requirements of P. L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) (Affirmative Action); P. L. 1977, C. 33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) (Stockholder Disclosure Certification); P. L. 2003, C. 91 (The Public Works Contractor Registration Act) and P. L. 2004, C. 57 (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) (Contractor Business Registration Act).
