The County of Columbia is expecting up to $2,500,000 from the Wisconsin Department of Administration, Division of Energy, Housing and Community Resources to address affordable housing in the following counties: Columbia, Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Racine, Rock, Sauk, Walworth and Washington. These funds are provided to the State of Wisconsin by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and must be administered in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. These funds may be used for: o Rehabilitation of owner-occupied housing units o Homebuyer assistance o Rehabilitation renter-occupied housing units o Conversion of space (acquisition/demolition) The County of Columbia, through the Columbia County Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)/Housing Committee, is soliciting proposals to administer this program. The bidders will be notified in writing about the results by Friday, June 10, 2022. No additional information and/or documentation will be accepted but those requested.
