Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Yorktown, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 54,832-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Custom BT ITEM A - Oyster Point Construction - $21,995,000 ITEM B - Heartland Construction - $54,855 ITEM C - Oyster Point Construction - $22,073,000 The County of York, Virginia (Owner) is seeking the services of a professional contractor to perform the construction of a new Two-Story Sheriff's Office (approximately 51,550 sf), and a new One-Story Pre-Engineered Metal Building Structure (approximately 3,282 sf) that will serve as a vehicle support and storage warehouse facility, along with all other specified building and related site improvement work, as indicated in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, etc., to complete the project in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Questions or comments related to this solicitation shall be directed to the Contract Officer not later than 1:30 p.m. on June 22, 2022. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. PLEASE NOTE: Site work has bid separately.
