Location: Yorktown Battlefield Visitor Cents, York County, VA and Jamestown Visitor Center, James City County, VA B. Access: Access to the Yorktown Battlefield Visitor Center is not controlled, though the site is only staffed by National Park Service personnel from 8:00 to 4:00. Parking is open in the Visitor Center Parking Lot. The Jamestown Visitor Center has restricted, gated access from 8:30 to 4:00. With prior permission, the contract may access the site outside of normal business hours. REQUIRED PERFORMANCE PERIOD 1. The contractor shall begin work within 14 days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) date and shall be completed within 30 days of NTP issuance. 2.
