Site work and paving for a road / highway in Duvall, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work must be completed within 45 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The work in this contract includes edge or full width roadway planing, patching, base repairs, paving, striping, and utility adjustments for approximately one lane mile of roadways at Bruett Road and other various locations throughout the City of Duvall. The project is located in Duvall, WA at: Bruett Road between 3rd Pl NE and NE 150th St NE 145th St between NE 1.46th Pl and 267th Ct NE 3rd Avenue NE between NE Anderson St and NE 163rd St The Bidder shall guarantee the total Bid price for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening. All communications relating to the Project shall be directed to the following PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE prior to the opening of the Bids: Benjamin Ressler, RE., Project Manager, 14525 Main Street, Duvall, WA 98019 425- 939-8046, benjamin.ressler(R) duvallwa.gov The City of D uvall reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities in the bidding process. The Agreement will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it may best serve the interest of the City of Duvall.
