The work in this contract includes the installation of a 3-sided box culvert and stream restoration of Coe-Clemons Creek at 3rd Ave NE and associated asphalt roadway restoration between NE Kennedy Drive and NE Taylor Street. The work also includes temporary stream bypass, earthwork, constructing retaining walls, curb and gutters, planters, and sidewalks. Other improvements include water main relocation, new storm drainage conveyance, illumination, irrigation, and other related activities as specified in the contract documents. The Work must be completed within 140 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The Bidder shall guarantee the total Bid price for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening.
