City of Duvall Request For Qualifications Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Upgrade The City of Duvall is seeking interest and qualifications from experienced vendors to assist in upgrading our existing Automated Meter Reading (AMR) system to a fully centralized Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) network platform. The selected vendor will be responsible for system design, implementation, and ongoing support. Upon implementation, the City will consider an on-call style contract with a two (2) year term, and the ability to renew the contract for an additional one (1) year. Question Deadline 02/18/2025 Please direct any questions concerning this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to the Project Manager listed in the RFQ and shown below. Proposing firms may submit written questions by email only to the Project Manager. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City. Consultants are expected to visit online for addenda and responses to questions The City reserves the right to amend the terms of this RFQ, to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
