The City of Duvall is seeking interest and qualifications from experienced architectural and engineering firms for the design of a new Public Works Maintenance and Operations Center (MOC) on a five-acre parcel adjacent to Big Rock Ball Park. The facility is planned to meet current and future operational needs and is anticipated to include offices, employee locker rooms with showers and break areas, vehicle and equipment storage, staff and visitor parking, site improvements including stormwater management and utility infrastructure, maintenance bays and material storage areas (including a potential on-site decant facility), loading zones, a fuel station, an emergency generator, and a potential PSE battery storage area (approximately 115’ x 75’). Scoring, process, requirements, and contracts are outlined in the RFQ. Proposers are responsible for reviewing postings for addenda or changes.
