The work in this contract includes edge or full width roadway planing, patching, base repairs, 2" Overlays, striping, utility adjustments and ADA ramp retrofits for approximately one third of a mile of roadway along NE 150th St in the City of Duvall and other related activities as specified in the contract documents. This project is partially funded with TIB funds. The Work must be completed within 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed and/or the overlay shall be substantially completed by August 23, 2024, whichever is sooner. The Bidder shall guarantee the total Bid price for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening.
