This project consists of adding air conditioning and dehumidification to the natatorium of the Aquatic Center, replacing the locker room air handing units and associated ductwork, new Direct Digital Controls, and code compliance upgrades to the mechanical and chemical storage rooms. All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov. To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above-referenced email address by June 3, 2022, 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and the bidder's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on a form to be obtained from the specifications and a complete Invitation for Bid returned along with the offer no later than the time and date cited. Project Completion Date: 365 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
