Altus, Ok. 73522 580-482-6583 frontdesk@fdaltus.com 1.4 PROPOSAL GUARANTY Each Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Proposal payable to Comanche Town of Headrick as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the BIDDER will execute the Contract and fi le acceptable Performance and Statutory Bonds within 10 days after the award of the Contract. 1.5 OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED Town of Headrick hereinafter called the OWNER, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the OWNER. If awarded the Contract, the UNDERSIGNED agrees to complete the work within 120 calendar days
