Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Martensdale, Iowa. Completed plans call for paving for a parking garage; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a parking garage.

This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. Question Cutoff Date 5/27/2022 10:00:00 PM (ET) Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Overview: The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to remove and replace existing hoop trusses, bracket connections, and cabling. Remove and replace all lumber with treated lumber. Remove and replace hoop canvas: both end panels and cover as per the attached specifications at the Iowa DOT Martensdale Hoop Building. This hoop is full of salt, so the awarded contractor will need to plan accordingly for the necessary repairs. Estimated project period is to begin on or after July 1, 2022 with completion on or before September 30, 2022. Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Julie Randall (see bid contact information) any and all questions related to this project are to be submitted to Julie Randall through the IONwave Bid system.
