The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids for an Iowa licensed plumbing contractor to provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary for the rehabilitation of the existing drain line system at the Martensdale Maintenance Garage. Contractor to furnish & install new pipe lining in the existing cast iron sewer piping as per plans and specifications. The project includes cleaning, removal and disposal of the existing demo items off site. Bid shall include: Bid Line 1: Base Bid: Bid Line 2: Pipe Lining (estimated: 204 LF) (see drawing for specific area) Bid Line 3: Pipe lining (estimated: 80 LF) (see drawing for specific area) All work will be completed during normal business hours 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. M-F. This includes demo and all materials and debris is to be disposed of off site.
